Are you looking to launch your career in finance with a dynamic and collaborative team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk at STAQ Pharma. This role provides an excellent entry point into the world of finance and accounting, offering the chance to work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless vendor bill management and customer invoice processing.
As an Accounts Recievable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include handling AR transactions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper billing processes, and performing other data entry activities, including inventory transactions. This role also involves customer communication to address billing discrepancies and facilitate payment processing.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Checks Email inboxed and deals with/delivers to appropriate departments
• Communicates with customers about billing discrepancies
• Books invoices into D365 Bussines Centrail received from the sales department
• Receives customer payments and applies them to open invoices
• Send monthly customer statements
• Followup with payment requests from customers who are delinquent
• Other data entry related activities (Excel skills needed)
• Update monthly Excel reports and maintians consistent presentation of information

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
