STAQ Pharma is currently hiring for a production coordinator for their 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay: $26-$28/hour
This position is a hands-on role coordinating and assisting the Production Supervisors and Managers on the execution of batch processing with a focus on batch record reviews, learning, demonstrating, and mastering Operations to include production consumable materials inventory management, formulation, labeling and packaging. Personnel will adhere to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. |
Understand applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and training documents. Learn and maintain contemporaneous working knowledge of cGMP requirements.Support the deviation initiation and investigation process.Review batch records, room/equipment logbooks and cleaning forms with accuracy and in a timely manner prior to QA review.Assist in obtaining Operations documentation corrections in accordance with GDP requirements.Support production material handling and transfer process.Perform production materials inventory management and ensure production areas are fully stocked on a regular basis. Remove near-expired materials from production areas. Participate in Labeling on the NJM and Packaging operations on the Dabrico VI machine when necessary.Participate in product destructions when necessary.Coordinate controlled waste pickups with RCRA.Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned from time to time by management/supervision. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. |

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and demands.Prior experience in a cGMP and 503B environment. Knowledge of basic arithmetic and chemistry calculations. |
