This a light to medium experience required position that involves running and managing all the inventory that is required for production within a cGMP facility. All inventory and supplies will run through this role as it is put into stock, picked for use, and also shipped out for selling. While this role reports directly to the Supply Chain Lead, it heavily supports both operations and sales as product, goods, and other supplies flows in, around, and out of the facility.
Roles and Responsibilities
Safely handles chemicals, corrosives, solvents, and other pharmaceutical compounds
Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA, RCRA and company Guidelines
Demonstrate physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull pallets, product cans, etc. multiple times per shift.
Demonstrates ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Physically stocks inventory items in proper locations after they have been “received” by Shipping and Receiving Coordinator and released from quarantine(if applicable).
Assist in physically receiving inventory items from dock into quarantine with the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. If the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is gone, this role will be responsible for receiving new inventory items into quarantine.
Responsible for “picking” and prepping inventory from storage for upcoming production needs that are communicated from the operations team.
Pulls finished goods inventory from storage when a shipping request for an order is created by the sales team. Hands off the product for shipment back to the Dock Administrator and/or Order Fulfillment team.
Keeps proper documentation for all stocking, picking, and customer orders for inventory items.
Understands inventory usage and communicates with supply chain lead on safety stock minimums.
Designs and maintains an organized storage plan for all inventory goods as production expands and storage needs increase.
Cleans and maintains warehouse area.
Assists with quarterly inventory counts and reconciliations.
Assists the operations department in other production related tasks as bandwidth allows
When asked, can communicate exactly where a particular item is and how many are available on hand
Strictly adheres to cGMP’s, health and safety requirements, procedures and corporate policies
Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. (For example: DEA, FDA, etc.)

Qualifications and Education Requirements
– High School Diploma or GED Required – Minimum of 2 year of continuous work experience in warehouse, supply chain, and/or manufacturing role. – Minimum 5 years of general work experience.
– Must be a team player and effectively collaborate with internal departments. – Excellent attention to detail.
– Experience in a regulated manufacturing industry – Demonstrates ability to handle multiple responsibilities at any given time
