Update Shipping Information

  1. Issue: Customer states they get an error when placing an order that they have not entered a PO#
  2. Solution: There are two places to enter
    1. Hover over “Place an Order” select “Shipping Information
  3. Fill out Customer PO and tab/or select outside of box to update shipping information.
  4. Our PO# should be updated.
  5. NOW you have two options to continue
    1. Select the “Current Order” button
    1. OR select shopping cart button at top right of page to “Review Items” or “1-click checkout”
  6. This will take you to the checkout/review order screen
  7. Click on Shipping Information to verify PO# updated correctly
  8. If everything is good, click “Submit Order” to place your order and sign the CSOS
