Joe Bagan

Joe Bagan is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of STAQ Pharma, a hospital-owned 503B outsourcing supplier dedicated to ensuring the reliable supply of critical medications nationwide. With a career spanning corporate leadership and entrepreneurial ventures, Joe brings a strong combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision to the pharmaceutical industry.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Joe spent 12 years as a partner in the Arthur Andersen Denver Office. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and was a licensed CPA. He also served as an executive and officer at major corporations including AT&T Broadband, Adelphia Communications, and Clear Channel, gaining extensive experience in scaling operations and managing high-performing teams.
Prior to co-founding STAQ Pharma, Joe successfully led three startups in the life sciences sector. He now applies his broad expertise to help healthcare systems across the country navigate drug shortages. Joe lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Jen, and is the proud father of three children and grandfather to three grandchildren.
