Paul Lisska serves as Vice President of Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) at STAQ Pharma, where he oversees engineering, validation, maintenance, and facilities operations. With more than 12 years of experience in cGMP manufacturing environments, Paul brings deep expertise in injectable pharmaceuticals, capital project execution, and facility management.
 
Paul holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and has built his career across leading organizations including American Regent Inc and Morton Salt. At STAQ Pharma, he leads capacity expansion and scale-up initiatives, driving the growth of manufacturing operations to the highest standards of quality and safety — ensuring patients receive the reliable, high-quality drug products they depend on.
